Most of us need help recovering, understanding, and using our creativity and authenticity because we grew up and live in a culture that tends to squash, devalue, and train us right OUT of these natural capacties we're all born with.  Being creatively-blocked (feeling unable to express our true selves, and not engaging in activities that deeply inspire us) has serious consequences on the health of individuals and society.

INNER STUDIO = My business of creating opportunities for you to sample and utilize various practices for tapping, strengthening, and applying your creativity to inner-work that improves your outer life.  The operative idea here is that your creativity -- whether it's currently blocked or flowing -- is your very own personalized, customized portal to all the insights, guidance, self-esteem, learning, and JOY you'll ever need.  Whether or not it it results in "art" that you want to share with others is totally up to you!

IMPORTANT TASKS that your creativity can help with:  Understanding yourself completely, activating healthy intentions,  freeing yourself from a path laid-out for you by others,  finding your Element & your tribe (doing what you love), healing/recovering, and communicating honestly.
